Help with the situation in Unicoi Co, Elizabethton and Greenville.

Administration

Hello everyone.

First off, thank you to each and every one of you who came out today to be a part of our community service program through the church. It’s things like unloading a pumpkin truck that helps us keep our community together and all the proceeds then help the church support the church youth.

It was truly amazing seeing people come together to this degree to help out.

Many people were discussing how we could help with the situation in Unicoi Co, Elizabethton and Greenville.

We are planning a donation drive for Tuesday. We have boots on the ground with specific requests of what to bring.

Water and soup or meals in a can like chef Boyardee.  Easy things that do not need to be sorted out.

Greenville and Carter county have been working around the clock together with

Knoxville police and fire departments , Kingsport and Washington county ,Hawkins county and the national guard.

Next week we will have a special project team that can possibly help with debris removal and other needs but for now let’s focus on a hot meal and water .

Please bring cases of water and soup Tuesday CHPC @ 7:00 pm 10/1/24 We will work with local EMS contact for delivery.

Thank you
