Updates on CHPC Room Use

Troop 48; As we celebrate moving forward into more normal scouting meetings we ask that everyone understands and follows guidelines set by the church. This behavior helps us to continue having Scout meetings in this very different situation.
Please make sure that you are getting your temperature taken, have a mask on or a medical excuse not to. Please make sure you do not enter any of the Day care area rooms, the Jones building ( our old scout room ), the prayer room or the sanctuary without permission that needs to go through Julieann White and should be gotten the week before. These rooms have to be approved for use .

DON’T BE THE COVID-19 CASE THAT SHUTS TROOP 48 DOWN!
Scouts and adults that have traveled out of the country recently, are not feeling well, have been around anyone not feeling well, or are part of a group exposed to someone who tested for Covid-19 (whether negative, pending, or positive), then they must skip any patrol meeting or outing during that week.

Troop 48 will assemble in the gym via the back door by 7pm sharp for a brief opening ceremony and announcements. All patrols will then disperse to their assigned rooms via different exterior doors. We are currently working together and hopefully will be available to meet in our normal setting very soon
